We were enlisted to launch Grainger’s flagship development in the North West of England - The Filaments.

We delivered a multi-channel, creative strategy across Paid Search, Paid and Organic Social and Programmatic display.

By using data at the forefront of our campaign, we were able to allocate the right volume of budget across key campaign periods that enable us to reach and surpass our goals such as pre-let targets and enquiry numbers on a monthly and quarterly basis.‍

We also executed an extensive awareness and profile raising phase which allowed us to identify the right levers to pull throughout the calendar year, ensuring that the team on the ground was able to respond to qualified leads.

Brand awareness was at the heart of the campaigns, but the success of that awareness was driven by the introduction of new channels, continual analysis and basing decisions and optimisations on trends and signals within the data.
