Inheriting the account emerging from COVID and a period of exceptional growth, Serotonin were challenged with maintaining the growth of the online brand.
The continued growth across digital channels in traffic and online revenue was the result of focussing on promoting the key brands that delivered the highest return for the business, whilst increasing market share from potential high performers. We had to be extremely reactive with our approach given the inconsistencies with stock levels of core brands throughout the year.
Having worked on the account for six months, Serotonin successfully scaled revenue by 286% compared to the previous period and introduced multiple new channels and as a result we saw a ROAS of +3.5x
