We are seeking a person passionate about delivering digital campaigns that generate awareness, drive relevant traffic and return investment for our clients across search and social channels. The role is ideal for someone who cares about creative, has an eye for detail and analytics and is confident when it comes to communicating ideas effectively.
• At least 3 years of Paid Media (Paid Social & Paid Search) account management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyse data and analytics
- Hands-on experience of developing paid search and paid social campaigns that deliver results for clients
- Underpinning knowledge of digital marketing and cross-channel strategies across a variety of industries e.g property, leisure, fashion etc.
- Confident with speaking directly to clients and advising on strategy, offering solutions and status reports
- Able to understand and process data to enhance campaign performance across biddable media platforms
- Capable of presenting reports to clients and communicating activity effectively
- A passion to consistently strive to improve metrics for clients, including conversion metrics, CPA and ROAS]
- Take ownership of end-to-end client paid media activity, from advising on the initial proposal through to delivery and on-going optimisations
- Frequently optimise paid media campaigns to expected standards and identify client opportunities for growth
- Produce and present client reports alongside colleagues
- Produce and present internal reports to creative team showcasing opportunities for growth through new creative briefs
- Ensure all client goals are met, surpassed and that client expectations are delivered effectively
