Overview

Serotonin is a marketing agency located in the Northern Quarter, Manchester (with an office in London also). Surpassing its 5th birthday, Serotonin is well established with clients worldwide including New & Lingwood, ASSOS of Switzerland, Bella Italia, Muntagnard and more. 

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a paid social role

• Has a good understanding of Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads platforms

• Has experience reporting using channel reporting tools & 3rd party tools such as GA4 and Google Data Studio

• Can show evidence of delivering successful campaigns and achieving KPIs

• Proficient in managing and planning campaigns across different social media channels

• Has good knowledge of google sheets and Excel

• Has been exposed to strategy development and forecasting

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

• Can work in a fast past environment across multiple clients

• Effective skills in time management / communication / presentation

• Desire to enhance skills beyond the role

Roles & Responsibilities

• Day to day campaign management

• Ownership of client accounts and performance

• Weekly & monthly reporting

• Analysis and brief writing

• Working with other media team members to enhance performance

• Reporting back to Head of Paid Social

• Developing strategies for new and existing clients

• Providing audits of accounts

• Forecasting results

• Working cross channel between different social media platforms

• Staying up to date with industry trends and platform developments

• Support Head of Paid Social in client communication, campaign planning and strategic recommendations and optimisations

£24K - £28K based on experience
