Historically, NEUapparel have been successful only in one channel: paid social - but reliance on a single channel approach doesn't always drive the best ROAS and leaves you hugely exposed to a single platform for advertising. Our phased approach was simple: rebuild and refresh their campaigns within Facebook Advertising - once this was operating at an optimum level, we would introduce more channels to augment our activity into a full cross-channel campaign covering Google Shopping and programmatic.

Upon inheriting the account, the client was seeing an average of 4x ROAS through only one online channel. Following six months of working together, we were achieving 10x ROAS through Facebook Ads. It was at this point we launched our Google Shopping campaign that began driving thousands of brand new visitors to their site on a monthly basis. This helped increase the ROAS to over 12x within 2.5 months.
