MAPP is a property management company that wanted to change the way people think about property management. Unlike many of the competitors, they focus solely on creating spaces where people and businesses can thrive. As specialists they lead the way and are unafraid of change. In August 2019 they were on the cusp of launching a refresh of their brand and proposition. Having never implemented digital channels for a brand or marketing strategy before, this was unchartered territory and they needed a partner who would support them every step of the way.
We worked on the rebrand launch strategy across Google search, social advertising and display using video content as a key driver to help explain the new proposition. We worked with the brand consultant and internal team to help translate the new proposition into tone of voice documents, and then website copy, working at pace to ensure everything was ready for launch. A highly targeted campaign on LinkedIn ensured that the new brand had an increase of 674% in impressions and drove over 5000 people to the new website in the week of launch.
Since the launch campaign we have supported MAPP to create and distribute organic content during the Covid-19 pandemic period. We worked closely with the Executive Board and the internal marketing team to pivot messaging, responding to sector changes on a weekly basis.
Through weekly communications plans we created blog and video content, with information sourced from across the business that ensured MAPP not only remained visible during this period, but were seen as thought leaders and drivers for positive change.
