Dom Carter

An award winning digital strategist, Dom leads the agency in all aspects relating to campaign planning. Drawing on his background and experience in cross-channel activation, Dom advises Clients on effective campaign structure and strategy to deliver against results. Since launching Serotonin alongside Clair in 2019, Dom has worked alongside global brands and UK plc's to produce record breaking achievements.

Clair Heaviside

In 2004 Clair founded Odd Arts, a charity that transforms lives in prisons across the UK and South America. She has been marketing director and non-exec director of independent digital and social agencies, and now leads on creative strategy at Serotonin. She is also a Trustee of domestic abuse charity, Haven. Talk to her about brand differentiation, knowing your customer, and her dog Ben.
